2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

2. Products with damaged or missing original packaging.

If your refund request is approved:

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another approved method.

4. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
2. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Prescription medicine orders may not be cancelled after prescription verification.
